The objective of the Rogers Business Transformation Team is to improve the customer experience head-on by designing, building and implementing the first sales, ordering and billing infrastructure for both Cable and Wireless products and services. This position will support the evolution of existing policies to support customers, employees and business operations across the enterprise.



Some of the highlights for this position will give you the opportunity to:



Collect, inventory and validate potential policy related gaps from multiple sources.
Complete detailed analysis of policies and process within the organization, including gathering data, investigating cause-effect relationships, and measuring impacts of the policy against key performance metrics.
Support all aspects of the gap closure process including scoping, action plan development, tracking progress, implementation, monitoring, reporting and post-implementation review.
Facilitate and participate in cross-functional sessions to gather input and provide recommendations on improving existing policy gaps.
Co-ordinate & communicate approved policy recommendations.
Ensures standardization guidelines are met
Overall tracking and reporting on policy inventory progress and gap resolution

Qualifications
Demonstrated passion for understanding and improving the customer experience.
Post secondary education or equivalent in a business or related discipline preferred
Previous success in experience in business policy, process, research and documentation techniques.
Proven ability to conduct effective research, analysis and prepare reports for stakeholders.
Excellent oral/written communication and facilitation skills.
Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to achieve desired results
Proven ability to impact, influence and interact within various levels of the organization
Able to work effectively and independently on multiple, simultaneous tasks within fast-paced action oriented environment
Strong skills in Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint
Rogers billing system knowledge is considered an asset
