Rogers Content Solutions, a division of Rogers Publishing Ltd., seeks a senior marketing communications/advertising professional to lead client services for a top-tier telecommunications account.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all aspects of client servicing: day-to-day management of the client(s) and multiple marketing communications initiatives; managing client budgets, status reports; meeting client strategy/objectives
Responsible for identifying and pitching new business
Reporting directly to the VP, Strategic Creative
Interaction with multiple internal and external stakeholders
Will work directly with the Content team and liaise with Production
RELATIONSHIPS:
Multiple stakeholders, senior Rogers Publishing staff, sales and production departments.
POSITION AUTHORITY/ ACCOUNTABILITY:
This position is directly accountable to the VP of Strategic Creative
Qualifications
Post secondary degree or diploma, in Business or Marketing
5+ years experience in client service and account management
5+ years experience working in client-side marketing in a direct marketing capacity and/or advertising agency experience in client service
Key attributes include strategic thinking, leadership and a strong business acumen
Preferred candidates will have a proven background in telecommunications/technology accounts
Basic understanding of the creative production process - all media platforms; print, web, direct mail, video, etc
Knowledge of MS Office applications
